Client Area of Interest Memberships provide education and counseling consultations, designed to help you become a healthier, happier person. These memberships are best suited to individuals looking for an in-depth exploration of a particular area of their health, allowing for time to be spent in an educational approach to a health concern.

After your first visit, membership services may be provided in person, by telephone, electronic messaging, or via “Tele-Medicine”, for 30 to 60 minute appointments.
As a membership client, you’re able to schedule appointments online, at your convenience, using our Electronic Health Record Portal, which gives you 24-hour access to your medical records.
Membership consultations require the member to maintain a primary care provider to prescribe medications, do routine exams, as well as urgent care. If diagnosis is needed to help cover the cost of specialized testing for insurance billing, membership clients may schedule a regular medical office visit with Carolyn to determine appropriate medical coding. These office visits are billed to contracted insurance companies, or are “out-of-pocket”.
